  • The bi-metall will be bending orientation with the rising of temperaturer,that is the the circuit breaker overload function working principle.
  • That is to say, while the current get through the bi-metal,it will give out heat and become bend,if the current is normal(1.13In),the bending angle is not enough to impulse the tripping mechanism so the breaker will continue to work normally,but if the current is more higher (1.45In),the bending angle of bi-metal is enough to impulse the tripping mechanism , the breaker will cut down and stop work.
